If you look at the risk factors in most 10-K’s, if you’re calling on public companies, you’ll know what’s on the mind of that person and you don’t have to ask the ‘what keeps you up at night’ question because it’s right there in black and white. Get your call opening correct and that call plan. The planning is priceless. Planning a call is priceless.
