I am going to go with the assumption that you desire to be a Superstar, and most of the items above you can start doing today. The hardest one will be “Worked by appointment only”. Do you know why that is the hardest one? It requires traffic in the form of calls/texts, emails and walk ins, it requires you do the other 4 things to get there. Superstar Activities: 1. Marketed as a Specialist for their brand 2. Networked with associations/companies for leads/referrals 3. Advertised on social media with a value message “great service and time savings” 4. Utilized the CRM for email updates and newsletters on top of the calls/texts 5. Works by appointment only
