Sober Stories: Isabelle

This chat is with Isabelle from Holland who has been sober for seven months (at the time of the recording). Following knee surgery earlier this year, she decided that quitting drinking was a good idea after many years of living on ‘planet wine’. Like Isabelle, wine was also my drink of choice, and we share many similar experiences around post drinking shame, embarrassment, ‘hanxiety’ and general ill health.
