Living Active Voice

In this episode we continue our discussion on the topic of standing covering the sword of the Spirit. We start by talking about the word of God, in this context is the Greek word rhema or the living voice of God speaking to an individual heart as opposed to the Greek word logos or God communicating to everyone in broader context, i.e. scriptures.   The conversation continues with the example Jesus established from Matthew 4 when he was tempted in the wilderness. The discussion moves to the example or Paul’s journey to Rome and his obedience to the word of God. We continue to explain that to be effective and productive we should be functioning from goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love.
