Dear Steve and Shirley, I am 29 year old newly engaged mother of 2. My fiancé is smart, loving, caring and crazy, just how I like it. The problem is he doesn't care for himself at all. He has a great job but he doesn’t have to dress up for work, so he puts little to no effort in his daily appearance.
