The 'after process' of an ADHD diagnosis can bring up lots of deep-rooted and painful emotions, which can take time to acknowledge and release.On this week’s episode of the ADHD Womens Wellbeing Podcast, we have Dr Fiona Peters, a former BBC journalist who left to pursue a PhD at the University of London between two periods of maternity leave. Dr Peters has also published an academic book and is a speaker and trainer for schools. She is touring with her talk entitled 'Perfectionism and Anxiety'.
