Louise is the Operations Manager for UK Missing Persons within the National Crime Agency.  She's a former uniformed PC that left policing to join, what was, the Serious Organised Crime Agency which later became the National Crime Agency. In this interview, she talks us through why she wanted to leave policing and talks us through the current application process.
