HOW TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO BE YOU -Identify exactly who and what are holding you back -What story do you tell yourself that people say about you or will say about you? -Identify what makes your heart sing -Respect that we all have different opinions -Realize that people are thinking less about you than you think they are -Be someone who consistently contributes (kindness, helpfulness, compliments, encouragement, etc.) -Living by other people's expectations will leave you empty -If it's important to you why does it matter what anyone else thinks -Figure out who you are - who the 4th bucket it - and then do what you need to do to fill that bucket.
