WHY I AM TALKING ABOUT PRODUCTIVITY * I've been a master of time management since I was 14.In high school I was in 5 APS, team captain of 2 varsity teams, president of the student body and did triple workouts daily - and still had a social life. * In College I maintained a full-scholarship training schedule D1, worked 15 hours per week, was in a sorority, founded and launched a non-profit and took extra classes like ASL for fun. * As a single person, I worked 50 hours a week in a corporate job, starting working as an entrepreneur 10 hours per week and trained for my first Ironman for 20 hours per weekMarried and as a new mom, I quit my full-time job and went all in on myself. Over the past few years I have sold over $1.5 million dollars of personal training, while being home with my kids for much of the time with minimal babysitting (can anyone say pandemic?!)
