Being a 100% authentic business owner can be really difficult - it’s not like just being yourself as a person or showing your personality. It’s about making decisions in your business and building your business in a way that feels really comfortable and helps you reach any goals you have without compromising who you are and what feels like it will work for you. I feel very strongly that there is no one way to do things in any single business and the chances are one piece of advice will not fit for every business owner.
