I speak to Thom Ives to find out more about the person behind the leader. About Thom: My guest today is Thom Ives! Tom career spans over 30 years and he’s a passionate data scientist. Among his wide range of data science work, his particular passion is around automating analyses and data visualizations including animation when necessary. His main language of choice for the past 21+ years has been python! In August 2018, he started Integrated Machine Learning & AI providing services and instruction in the data science arena. In July of 2019, he joined the very talented and outstanding culture of UL's Prospector team and is their lead data scientist. In summary, he says he’s an addicted data scientist and dynamic systems modeler and analyst that loves to work with great people to improve the performance of business or products through better processes and design.
