He works with organisations to improve the skills of staff, refine processes, develop standards and implement governance systems. He has been the chair of the British Computer Society Data Management Specialist Group for over 10 years now and is a visiting lecturer at Birmingham city delivering lectures on data management, data exploitation and the use of technology. He believes everything can be improved and develops pragmatic and realistic solutions to burning business problems that deliver sustainable benefits to the organisation.
