With over 18 years of experience, Antje has built award-winning teams across analytics, data science and data engineering for market-place companies across Europe such as ImmobilienScout24.  Her experience lies in building data product teams that drive direct and indirect monetization and in driving a data literate company culture. Antje is passionate about coaching and mentoring young female leaders and wants to empower more women to be successful in the field of data and leadership.
