This week on The Face, with the cold air finally arriving here in the UK, The London Hippy turns to the heating up with some beautiful sounds from Brazil, West Africa and Jazz from around the globe. The first half hour of the show we hear some Elliott’s favourites in Brazilian Folk and Samba Rock. There’s a couple random Hip Hop and Post-Punk gems floating around in there that just seem to work. And in the second half of the show we head to the desert rock taking the Sahara by storm with new music from the big bands over there.
