Be a Shoe Dog

Read a book.  Read a book about how someone else is doing what you are doing.  A book written by someone who has been successful in your field or a field you want to get in.  I just read Phil Knight's book, "Shoe Dog".  It's a book about building a shoe company, but it's not.
