"Involve Me and I Will Learn"

This is the final step.  It's not teach a man to fish and he will eat.  It should be fish with a man so he can learn the process and he will eat.  We must involve people in what we are doing. Telling them is unskillful.  Teaching them is a bit more skillful, and but involving them is the most skillful.
