Monday Motivational #23: Take Out the Trash

Every week we all take our trash to curb and the trash truck comes and that trash is never to be seen again in our lives.  However, we can be unskillful about doing that same process with "trash" in our lives.  We keep recycling it.  We keep letting that trash come back into our lives and effecting it.  Take your trash out and then let it be gone.
