Podcast Hiatus Icebreaker: Questions for Christina

I took a bit of a break from recording on here (a nearly FOUR week break!). I have really missed this space but, to be honest, I needed the break to focus on other things for a while, namely work and family commitments. Thus, I decided to kill two birds with one stone today. I wanted to 1. break my hiatus (it was hard, I felt nervous!) 2. attempt my idea of recording a podcast while simultaneously recording live on Instagram. I felt nervous, sick (have a cold), insecure and definitely not like my best self. BUT, I believe that we need to fail in order to get better and that consistency is the strongest component of having a plan.  Glad to be back!
