A healthy body and a healthy mind, that’s what they say, right? It's your responsibility to discover your balance, to discover your purpose, to discover what works for you. Because what works for you won’t work for anyone else.  And one way I have found that can help through this self-discovery journey is exercising, because your relationship with yourself is the most important and your reality is a direct reflection of how you feel within yourself.
