The Power of Now - A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment with Linda and Barbara

The Power of Now - A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment with Gilda and Barbara - Podcast autorstwa Barbara Wainwright - Czwartki

This is an introduction to our podcast series where we explore concepts of Spiritual Enlightenment with Eckhart Tolle. Linda Gallicchio and Barbara Wainwright have been studying Eckhart Tolle's work since 1995 and more specifically spent the last year doing a weekly book study.  Over the last year, we have been flipping the book open to random pages, the content of which has miraculously been on target for our personal growth in the moment.  However, for the podcast purposes, we were planning to go through the book from start to finish, reading only a few pages/concepts at a time.  We will read a few paragraphs and then discuss between us how the content affects us, and how we apply it, because, we do use The Power of Now principles in our daily lives.  As you know, the main principles of the book are about living in the now and coming to a place in your life where you can get beyond egoic thought patterns to stillness and peace within. Linda and Barbara plan to speak back and forth about their experiences of the pain body and how they have used the concepts in the book to attain peace, harmony, acceptance and compassion in their lives.  They understand that words are "just pointers" for people to go deeper within themselves to come to their own awakening and trust that by the sharing of these concepts and how they apply them, that others will receive some benefit. For Linda and Barbara, the book has raised their awareness and reminds them to the be "watcher" so they can choose to take more conscious actions in each moment, because the future and the past don't exist in the "now". Linda Gallicchio is a Certified Spiritual Coach and Educator.   Barbara Wainwright is the founder of Wainwright Global Institute of Professional Coaching. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/barbara-wainwright/support
