Darren & Ray discuss the fallout from the Bill Peters' saga; and Ray suggests his ideas of a hockey 'code of conduct' for coaches, players and managers to help make a path for a better way forward for the game at all levels. Stanley Cup champion, and current head coach of the Arizona Coyotes, Rick Tocchet joined the guys and talked about the Bill Peters' situation, and the approach he tries to take now as a coach to build a true partnership with his players.
