New Year Guided Journey Pt 2

The Reiki Lifestyle Podcast - Podcast autorstwa Colleen and Robyn Benelli

In this guided journey series we will be releasing 4 guided journeys to let go, bring in, and help you set your conscious intentions for 2020! *See below for journal question prompts* Have a journal and pen next to you, as we have a list of questions for you to write down and answer after listening to the recorded journey.   How does the thought of going into a new year and decade make you feel? It’s completely normal to feel a wide range of emotions — from excitement and relief, to nerves and even resistance. Today's guided journey is all about intentionally looking at the path ahead with expanded perception. As you look at the new year ahead, observing through different viewpoints can help you expand beyond your everyday perceptions to see what you didn’t before. Today in our guided Reiki Journey, Colleen guides you to soar with eagle vision once more, seeing your path ahead from high above — the big picture — and then with mouse vision to see your path close up and in the immediate. Have a journal and pen ready for after the recorded journey, to write down and answer the questions below. After the Reiki journey, grab your pen and journal and answer these five questions: When you envision your future self, how do you feel?  What are you passionate about?  What do you want to cultivate more of in your life in 2020?  What habit (or habits) do you want to create and build upon in 2020? What skills are you most excited to grow in 2020? What would you try if you knew you couldn’t fail? We created this Reiki Journey to help you feel aligned and empowered to express your authentic self as you head into a new year and decade. We hope you enjoy this week’s journey and journal questions. We honor the dreams you carry with you on your path.
