The Renaissance of Men Podcast - Podcast autorstwa Will Spencer | The Renaissance of Men - Piątki

Jeremy Stalnecker is a former Marine infantry officer and an Iraq War Veteran who earned a Navy Commendation Medal with V for Combat Valor. He's also a former pastor, and the CEO and Co-Founder of the Mighty Oaks Foundation, a Christian organization supporting veterans and first responders, helping them adjust to civilian life and deal with PTSD from a biblical perspective. He knows how capital T trauma, of the sort even civilians can't imagine, doesn't need to define us, as men. We can't let trauma limit what God wants us to do in our lives. Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of masculinity, driven by raw and honest self expression, help hurting men move forward. In our conversation Jeremy and I discussed: - The mission of Mighty Oaks- Trauma and its definitions and impact- The lack of healing in men's Christian groups- Men's isolation and suicide- The power of God and forgiveness- The Mighty Oaks women's program and its challenges- Christ as the example of masculinity- Jeremy's own story of achievement, fall, and redemption CONNECT WITH JEREMY STALNECKER http://mightyoaksprograms.org  http://Jeremystalnecker.com  March or Die Podcast - Spotify / Apple / YoutubeSituation Report Podcast - Spotify / Applehttps://www.instagram.com/jeremystalnecker/ https://twitter.com/jstalnecker MENTIONED IN THIS PODCAST "The Truth about PTSD" book"It Happens In The Dark" - blog articleVoddie Baucham - "Why I choose to believe the Bible" A Weekend to RememberWomen's Legacy Program SPONSOR: My 12-week Renaissance Mentorship Program The Greek mathematician Archimedes said, "Find me a solid point on which to stand, and I will move the Earth."
