It tells the story of Ren McCormack (Kevin Bacon), a teenager from Chicago who moves to a small town, where he attempts to overturn the ban on dancing instituted by the efforts of Rev. Shaw Moore (John Lithgow), while entering into a romantic relationship with his daughter Ariel (Lori Singer). Assisting Curtis in this part 2 endeavor in an exclusive interview is ELIZABETH GORCEY, the supporting actress who portrayed Ariel's friend Wendy Jo in the film. Elizabeth is is an American filmmaker, actress, and writer. In addition to Footloose, she has held roles in films such as Kidco and Teenwolf. She has appeared in supporting roles on such TV shows as Highway to Heaven, Beauty and the Beast, The New Mike Hammer and Max Headroom. She also ventured into producing and directing films which include Just Another Man's Story and Breast Pump & Blender. She is also the author of the children's book series Liv on Life.
