The Running Effect Podcast - Podcast autorstwa Dominic Schlueter
THE KING OF IOWA RETURNS TO THE PODCAST After his Freshman year at Duke, Jackson Heidesch sits down with me to recap his past year of ups and downs. In high school, Jackson was the most accomplished track athlete to ever come out of the University of Iowa. If you've been living under a rock the past year, let me refresh you. Jackson ran 3:59.08 in the mile in high school to become the 10th fastest boy in history at the distance. He's also run 8:42 in the 2-mile, won a National Championship, and is undefeated against Himeon Birnbaum on the grass. Today's conversation is two friends catching up and chopping it up for an hour on a plethora of subjects. We reflect on Jackson's historic year last year, his thoughts on the class of 2024, his transition to college, how he's handled many setbacks, his ambitions for the coming months, and so so much more. That's about it. We probably shouldn't have released this one, but we did... Tap in. Tap into the King Of Iowa Special.
