Sam holds PRs of 13:15.96 (5k), 7:41.17 (3k), 3:50.94 (Mile), 3:34.63 (1500m), and 1:46.39 (800m).  Sam is a 4xUS Champion, the 2023 World Road Running Championship Bronze Medalist in the Mile, has made 6 consecutive USA 1500m finals, has had 9 consecutive years of sub 4:00 in the Mile, while at Oregon, he was the PAC-12 Champion in the 1500m, 5x NCAA All-American, and 2x Academic All-American.
