Carlie Shaw's love for leading worship started over 15 years ago with a passion to help people connect with God through music. She has a degree in Christian Counseling and Psychology combining her unique skills in counseling and leading worship. She was on staff at Highpoint Church in the western suburbs of Chicago for 8 years helping lead the worship ministry and developing worship leaders and musicians. Carlie brings the party with a deep desire to see women’s lives transformed. She’s a peacemaker with some spice and loves to share her Italian sense of hospitality to all.
