yoga is not so much about moving beautifully, it’s about thinking beautifully / The mind is a computer / the manas, ahankara & buddhi / sat, chit, ananda / break down the walls! (of labels that divide us) / I love you - eat a cricket! / we identify with a body that we pass through for just a quick blip in time / blind faith collapses like a tree without roots / if this is Jeopardy I’m not choosing the Upanishads! / kindness and simplicity / Paramatma is discovered through devotion not learning
