They discuss how your own life is a laboratory and you need to reflect on what’s working and what’s not and make adjustments. They talk about the importance of capitalizing on small wins to create a cycle of continued development and growth. And they emphasize that the foundation is you; and you need to work on understanding yourself, your strengths, your values, and what is unique about you. Hosted on Acast.
