Bob Pozen is currently a Senior Lecturer at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. And he is a former President of Fidelity Investments and Former Executive Chair of MFS Investment Management. Bob has put his experience into action in several ways. He’s written Extreme Productivity: Boost Your Results, Reduce Your Hours. Bob served on President Bush’s Commission to Strengthen Social Security, where he developed a progressive plan to make the system solvent. He was Secretary of Economic Affairs for Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. And in 2007 he was chairman of the SEC's Committee to Improve Financial Reporting. Stew and Bob talk about how we can all be more productive, more efficient, and more mindful with our time. They talk about ways to set small and achievable goal posts for larger long-term goals.
