South Africa and EU reach deal over stranded citrus

South Africa and the EU have reached agreement over tonnes of citrus fruits that have been stranded in European ports. It follows a change in rules that means exporters now have to apply a cold treatment to things like oranges and lemons to prevent the spread of pests.
