407 – Not Caring for Yourself

In this episode, we talk about the tenth poison pill that people swallow that prevents them from the Ultimate Life. This poison pill is really like poison. Not caring for yourself is one of the most damaging things we do. Some do it because they are “too busy” or have too many “responsibilities.” This is counterproductive and damaging. If you don’t care for your Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, and Mental wellness, you will flame out and be of no use to anyone. One way I hear this described is “serving from the saucer.” Keep yourself so full and replenished that your cup is always overflowing. From that place you are able to be in constant service to others and always fulfilled.
