Pomodoro timers on the YouTube, or Real time Youtube work with me sessions, or on various lives you can often find work alongside people - but if you’re brave or craving human connection - there is always the library or if you’re in a decently populated area you may be able to find IRL meet ups or cafes, that works for novelty and reward in my experience - working alongside people who are doing their own thing always makes me feel more alive. Otherwise, binaural focus music or video game music playlists are sometimes a hit when I have to write or research stuff. If you need to learn something, engaging our physical body is really helpful with memory, and cognitive stuff in general and it can act as a bit of a physical reward, or sometimes even a distraction from distractions if you catch my drift. RESOURCES: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_managementhttps://www.verywellmind.com/pomodoro-technique-history-steps-benefits-and-drawbacks-6892111 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/52/17_ruleWATCH: www.youtube.com/juliemericaGET A MONTHLY NOTE FROM ME: www.makeyourdamnbedpodcast.comTUNE IN ON INSTAGRAM FOR COOL CONTENT: www.instagram.com/mydbpodcastOR BE A REAL GEM + TUNE IN ON PATREON: www.patreon.com/MYDBpodcastThe opinions expressed by Julie Merica and Make Your Damn Bed Podcast are intended for entertainment purposes only.
